Angela is a proven leader and a results driven executive in professional and personal pursuits. Angela is the Owner and President of Menifield & Associates, LLC, where the mission is to execute leadership at every level for every sector (public, non-profit, and for-profit). Angela is using her (27) twenty-seven plus years of Federal service, including over twenty (20) years supervising and leading others to excel and reach their greatest potential, to coach, teach, and add value to others. In addition to her John Maxwell Team (JMT) Certification, Angela holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA), two Human Resources Certifications – SPHR (HRCI) and SCP (SHRM), and is a DISC Level II Certified Human Behavior Consultant. Angela is positive, hardworking, and energetic and holds the values of integrity and character as key in reaching her goals. Angela’s areas of extensive knowledge and expertise include - Coaching, Leadership Training, HR Training, Public Speaking, Human Resources, Operations Management, Classification, Recruitment, Certified Resolving Official for Mediations, Budget, and Communications.
