Angela Maybrier

Mrs. Maybrier has over 27 years of experience in the federal procurement market dealing with complex real estate and renewable energy developments through FAR and non-FAR based procurement; Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL), Out-grant Easements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Brownfield Redevelopment, Early Transfer, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) and Utility Energy Savings Contracts (UESC). She worked with high level Army, Air Force and Navy environmental representatives to expedite the necessary NEPA documentation for multiple projects; to include Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Environmental Condition of Property (ECOP) reports. As a developer she reviewed federal solicitations for strengths and weaknesses, made recommendations on project selections and parameters for investment and provided feedback to the federal government regarding real estate and environmental considerations. She leveraged her real estate, energy and master planning experience to act as a consultant for NexGen IT/TRIRIGA for the deployment of the system across the Air Force Civil Engineers.
