I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management to adult patients. I treat multiple behavioral health conditions across the life span including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, phobias, obsessions, PTSD, substance abuse, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum, developmental disorders and schizophrenia. Everyone patient I see receives a comprehensive evaluation and may include bloodwork and sometimes pharmacogenomic testing, as well as personalized recommendations including therapy, complementary medications, referral to specialists and lifestyle interventions. My mission is to help each patient reach their identified goals and achieve remission of symptoms and maintain maximum potential. I provide individual CBT/DBT and ACT therapy. I participate with major insurance companies including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, United Behavioral Health, Magellan and Husky as well as private pay at a sliding scale. As a didactic and clinical instructor I am devoted to ongoing process of student learning, skill enhancement, mentoring, supervising and precepting in classroom and hospital clinical settings.
