Anna Kay Daggs

Anna Kay Daggs joined PwC Management Consulting in 2015 and has preformed her work in the Telecommunications, Media, Techology sector. Her work is focused on customer experience and business readiness activities. She uses business requirement analysis, customer journey maps, and process flow to guide the development of an enhanced customer experience. She has performed in project management roles: developing project plans, managing stakeholder communication and creating dashboards to report out on key metrics. Anna possesses knowledge and experience in technology, financial and healthcare industries. She developed strategic business plans, created processes to improve efficiency in daily tasks and implemented various marketing strategies which enabled the company she worked for to exceed their revenue goals. Anna has led round table discussions with her various teams to gather data for SWOT analyses for understanding business processes and develop plans for continuous improvement. She received her MBA at the University of South Carolina with a focus in finance. She received her Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2012. Anna obtained her CAPM(Certified Associate Project Manager) certification through the Project Management Institute in 2015, has a specialization in Data Analysis and Presentation Skills, and is Microsoft Masters certified.
