Anna Kaznowska

I specialise in employment law. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. I have experience defending complex discrimination claims in the Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals. I usually act on behalf of employers (particularly those in the health, tech and education sectors). I also provide advice in relation to: disciplinary and grievance investigations, policies and procedures; dismissals, redundancies, whistleblowing, employment contracts, high court claims, settlement agreements, family-friendly policies, safeguarding concerns and TUPE. In addition to case work, CLM regularly provides its clients and third parties with training sessions and updates. Before joining CLM, I trained with Mills & Reeve and held paralegal roles in the litigation teams for two major London law firms. I also undertook some pupillage training at various Chancery Lane barristers’ chambers.
