Anna Reeve

Anna Reeve is an education consultant who works in both the U.S. And Haiti. In Haiti she has helped to design alternative programs for teacher and school leader professional development and certification and has collaborated with Haitian educators to create a professional development pathway around social emotional learning. Additionally, Anna collaborates with Haitian artists, musicians, and animators through Lakou Kajou, a Haitian multimedia education program, to create audio programming that teaches young children basic skills in literacy, numeracy, science, and social sciences. In the U.S. Anna has been a part-time education specialist with the Collaborative for Inclusive Education in New York for the past five years where she conducts professional development on building racially inclusive school communities, implementing social emotional learning practices, and building effective literacy intervention programs. Prior to working as an education consultant, she served as an Academic Dean and Special Education Coordinator at Achievement First Endeavor Charter School in Brooklyn, New York for 7 years. Anna has been working in education for the past 15 years and has taught elementary, middle, and high school special education. She is passionate about using culturally responsive practices to help teachers and school leaders connect with the learning strengths and differences of all students.
