As a Director at Naked Ideas, I’m responsible for ensuring optimal delivery of creative solutions for our clients, whilst overseeing the partnerships, creative and production teams. My role spans the end-to-end customer cycle, from initial on-boarding, through project management, to analysis and ongoing optimisation. Since joining in 2015, I have implemented best practice processes to optimise efficiency and delivery, whilst maintaining our great work environment and creative output.Previous to Naked Ideas, I grew the conversion-rate optimisation initiative at VoucherCodes.co.uk, which led to a 7-figure boost in revenue. Whilst there, I was selected for a secondment in the US at parent company; Retailmenot Inc. To advise their global CRO team on digital optimisation strategies, which led to unified revenue increase across the group.
