My passion is to grow and develop together with other people. I have worked in a global organisation with diverse environments and people from different cultures and contexts. I am driven by simplifying and creating a clear why. I want to create a meaning and understanding of the changes we constantly meet and to help people to find their driving forces that will support them to grow and develop. That is how we can reach result and fulfil goals. I believe in a leadership that creates the preconditions for the individual and has the capability to see potential not only performance. We all have it within us – the possibility to grow and become a better version when we are nurtured with support and a coaching leadership. Lately I have become interested in health in all forms – booth in the working environment but also in private life – and what kind of ingredients that keeps us wellbeing and sustainable throughout life.
