Anne Correia, Esq.

Anne Correia works at Allianz Life as a Product Contract Senior Manager. In this role, Anne leads product drafting initiatives for the company's life insurance, fixed annuity, and variable annuity products. Anne leads cross-departmental contract review meetings to determine company-wide solutions to address state regulations and Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission standard requirements. She also negotiates with state regulators and the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission to obtain approval for the sale of products throughout the United States. In addition, Anne leads reinsurance initiatives through drafting and negotiating the Request for Proposal, Letter of Intent, and Reinsurance Treaty. Prior to working at Allianz, Anne represented clients in business, commercial litigation, and employment law matters. Anne enjoyed counseling clients through all aspects of business and employment disputes. She has experience in commercial litigation, non-compete, minority shareholder, employment and severance agreement, sales representative, and drug and alcohol testing in the workplace matters.
