Prior to repatriating back to the States, Anne founded Bamboo Strategic Advisors in Hong Kong that provided tailored strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs using a customer-centric, analytic approach. Anne worked as a growth partner to help clients successfully overcome businesses scaling hurdles (whether through innovation, geographic expansion or product extension). Bamboo Strategic Advisors helped companies maximise their business model potential and determine and implement their growth strategy, while delivering essential consumer insights and market intelligence. Anne has consulted on optimizing operational performance, organizational effectiveness and various analytical initiatives including pricing/promotions, marketing effectiveness, innovation and forecasting. Her expertise with managing communication channels and cultural change stems from projects in post-merger integrations, change management and board governance. She resided in Hong Kong for nine years.
