With over 30 years of experience in the software industry, I have a strong track record of delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that enable companies to optimize their business processes, improve their customer experience and achieve their strategic goals.As a speaker and thought leader on business-enabling technologies, I have shared my expertise and insights on topics such as machine learning, business tools, building business value streams, and omnichannel enterprise customer communications in the digital age with audiences worldwide. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring our global sales and marketing teams, and building long-term relationships with current and prospective clients across multiple industries and geographies. I studied law at the University of Vienna and started my career at IBM in software training and technical services.
