Annette Rippert is Accenture’s Group Chief Executive - Strategy & Consulting, which works with C-suite executives and boards of the world’s leading organizations, helping them accelerate their digital transformation to enhance competitiveness, grow profitability and deliver sustainable value. Annette’s global team of more than 40,000 have a collective mission to help clients apply data, analytics, artificial intelligence, assets and innovation to deliver business outcomes at speed and scale. A strong champion for 360-degree value for clients, Annette directs her team to address not only economic value but also the value for their people, stakeholders and communities. Annette is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.Prior to this role, Annette led Accenture’s Technology business in North America, rapidly expanding the business in new practice areas such as data, cloud, platform services and software engineering. Throughout her distinguished career, Annette has held numerous senior leadership positions across Accenture, including client service group lead for Accenture’s Communications, Media & Technology operating group and Accenture Federal Services Technology Lead for Applications and Cloud.Annette is a frequent speaker on topics of innovation, leadership, AI and technology in forums such as Fortune CEO Summit, Harvard Business Review, LEADERS Magazine, Fast Company, the US National Intelligence Agency, and key industry and partner conferences. She is an author of topics on business change, strategies to harness disruption. Recognition for Annette’s leadership and groundbreaking client work includes the CIO 100, Smithsonian Computerworld Award and SuperQuest Industry Award. Under her stewardship, Accenture was named a leader in digital business transformation services by Forrester. Annette was also named by Business Insider as one of the most influential people transforming consulting.Annette is passionate about the opportunities that lie at the intersection of industry, technology, and human ingenuity. She is the sponsor of several diversity initiatives with communities and ecosystem partners, and advises the MIT and Accenture Convergence Initiative for Industry and Technology.
