Professional with a course developed in the area of Information Systems from Help Desk Operator to Operations Manager and then Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager. In the area of IT since 1999 I have performed multiple functions, technical and executive, whose scope allows me to have an extensive knowledge and insight view of the role of information systems in big organizations. Serving at Jerónimo Martins I was responsible for the onsite support team that evolved from the support of Front Office systems in 2000 to the Full Outsourcing of equipment and services with a total of 30 employees in 2010. Because of my solid experience implementing and managing teams and service models I was invited in 2010 to join Fujitsu’s Project Manager and Service Delivery team to act as Project Manager in the Print Management contract for Portugal Telecom (Project Copy Point) and subsequent ongoing service management. In Jan 2016 I joined IBM as a member of the Service Management team and act as Change and Problem Manager & Service Controller for several banking institutions. In Jan 2017 I started working at the CGD (Caixa Geral de Depósitos) facilities where I am a member of the Change and Configurations Management team. My origins and training are in military telecommunications and maintenance of electronic material. I developed my activity primarily at Military Zone of Azores and then in Lisbon Transmissions Regiment where I was co-responsible for maintenance of telecommunications equipment and facilities and also responsible for sound projects in military ceremonies and civil events.
