I deliver results that consistently strengthen the business model by disciplined execution while engaging technical strategy in a dynamic global business environment. As a result of my entrepreneurial spirit, I do what it takes in various functions across the business spectrum—through problem-solving, product development, business management, technology and global collaborations.At my core, I’m an engineer who provides innovative ideas and solutions, which is evident in my tenure at Asensus. Technology, product development and organizational leadership and transformation are my areas of expertise. I’ve proven this time and again through the commercialization of products from concept to market and building sustainable global teams.My vision as a leader at Asensus is to grow and strengthen our team with strong ideas that push boundaries and reimagine what's possible for the future of surgery. I hope to continue providing implementation capabilities that inspire our teams, colleagues, and members of leadership. Part of this vision includes mentoring and developing next-generation leaders, which is a top priority of mine.
