• May 2019 – to date: Axpo Group – Head of LNG and Gas Iberia – Baden and Madrid Additional to the responsibilities as Head of Gas in Axpo Iberia which I have been managing since October 2011, I become Head of LNG and take the responsibility to implement the strategic plan of Axpo to become a relevant player in the global LNG market. • Oct. 2011 – Apr 2019: Axpo Iberia - Director of Gas Business and Structuring - Madrid Head of the Gas Desk with a Trading team and a Marketing team that has achieved the following: - Set up the desk from scratch - Sales to end consumers of circa 13TWh/yr. - Active trading counterparty in the OTC market. - Set up the LNG activity (commercial and logistics) around Iberia. Import of around 10-15 cargoes/yr - Sales of financial products to our customer base for hedging porpoises. - Negotiated Master Agreements with the main counterparties in the market. - Negotiated supply contracts in both LNG and pipeline. - Set up an operations desk to manage and optimize the portfolioAlso responsible of the Power Options Book, which is mainly providing Axpo clients with structures and contracts to manage their exposure to commodity prices. • Mar. 2006 – Sep. 2011: Banco Santander - Equity Derivatives Desk - Head of Trading (Commodities) - Madrid I started as a trader in the Equity Derivatives Desk managing one of the correlation books until I was given the responsibility to set up the Commodities Desk reporting directly to the head of trading of my division. • Sep. 2000 – Mar. 2006: JV Endesa - Morgan Stanley - Power Trader and Structurer - London and Madrid I directly participated in the JV as the Head of the Power Short Term Desk. And once the JV was finished, I remained in Endesa as Head of Structuring. • Oct. 1997 – Sep. 2000: Iberdrola - Power Trader - Madrid
