Spectrum management engineer with over 15 years of progressive experience in U.S. And International spectrum utilization management, with knowledge of legal and regulatory organizations, policies, processes and U.S. Regulations. Working experience as a liaison between the FCC and NTIA to facilitate coordination and work progress, ultimate leading to the approval of Radio regulation documentation in the Technical subcommittee (TSC) and IRAC meetings on projects including GPS-LTE systems, RSEC regulations, UAVs and Spectrum Frontiers. I am working toward a position where I can lead an engineering team on projects for evaluating, recommending procedural changes, and provide program operation improvement and monitoring. Areas of Expertise include: Regulatory Policy and Radio Regulation, U.S. Agency Coordination, RF Spectrum Analysis, Satellite Registration, and Project Management.
