On a mission to show the world how small, consistent habits compound into long term success.Growing up, all I knew was baseball. While I did get good grades, I never cared much for school; all I wanted to do was play in the major leagues. Overtime, this dream began to transpire into a reality. I went to boarding school in North Carolina for high school and played division 1 college baseball. For reasons out of my control, I did not play beyond college.Being that my entire identity was that of a baseball player, I felt lost and depressed. Instead of persevering through adversity, I turned to bad habits. After an 8 month span of feeling worthless, I became sick and tired of being sick and tired. I took a job with a financial services firm; the sales world reignited my passion for competition. I felt so inspired, I even started a podcast! As things began to progress, I still continued to catch myself stalling at times. I started to realize what I've been lacking my entire life, CONSISTENCY. Upon that realization, I made a commitment to win small everyday. Through reverse engineering my long term goals into daily micro habits, I saw growth compound at a rapid rate. This led me to where am I today. I currently own two businesses that allow me to make an impact in peoples lives on a daily basis. One is a consulting firm in which my team and I work with growth oriented entrepreneurs in helping them maximize enterprise value. My other company, ConsistencyWins, seeks to provide community for high achievers that may not have the support system they need on the "lonely" path to business excellence.
