I enjoy building businesses in the digital consumer products space. In my previous role as AVP, Business Strategy at Swiggy, I led consumer retention and monetization charters (pricing, AOV maximization) as well as med-long term business planning. Most of my work centered around decisions balancing growth and unit economics. Prior to this, I led revenue and operations at Scroll, a digital media start-up reaching over 10 Mn readers every month. Scroll is backed by Omindyar Network. I set up the reader subscription product at Scroll, which has now transformed into a creator platform, Scrollstack. I started my career at Monitor Group with strategy consulting. Through my 5 years there, I advised companies across B2B and B2C sectors on portfolio strategy, growth strategy, pricing and innovation. I am a watercolor artist and a trained classical dancer.
