I am an Operations and Product specialist primarily engaged in the development, management, and expansion of On-Demand products in a fast-moving TMT (Telecoms, Media and Technology) environment. Most recent projects include leading the product team responsible for the development of VAYA, ZImbabwe's largest ride-hailing platform by subscriber, rider and ride count. Since launch in October 2018, I have worked closely with product, marketing and technical teams on the introduction of five variants to the Zimbabwean market: VAYA Premium, VAYA CarPool, VAYA Shuttle, VAYA Express, and VAYA Ambulance. My experience has been built through work in Sales, Customer Experience, E-commerce, the On-Demand Economy and IoT. I am passionate about Product development, Process efficiency, online brand management, and startups. An excellent communicator and team leader constantly involving myself in new product development projects. As part of the Management at Capital 26Free, the first Zimbabwean podcast station I work to provide and operationalize a space for creative young Zimbabweans to engage and share their stories with the world. I host and produce the Business Blunders and Brilliance: #KaizenYou Podcast, a spin-off from a blog of the same name. A Management Consultant with strengths are in Strategic Management, Online Presence Management and Operations for products under 5 years old. Growth strategy evangelist with the ability to bring lean as well as expansive high impact strategies and ideas to any business. Co-Founder of Olova Music; Zimbabwean Mobile Music and book sales Application developed for Android to help artists and authors collect revenues; and Deet, digital contact sharing app for Android created under Factor O. The Olova app was launched in 2013 and worked with over 150 Zimbabwean artists providing a database of +800 songs available for streaming, purchase, and download. The application leveraged on mobile finance platform Ecocash for transactions allowing for microtransactions.
