During my career as a thought leader in Immersive Technology and Spatial Computing I have: o Created XR software more effective than narcotics for pain, now on its way to FDA approval. O Invented and built a medical VR display of surpassing quality at <10% of the cost of competing displays. O Saved clients millions with an eye-tracking and biosensor-based consumer research system. O Served as PI on a $3.4M NIH Fast Track SBIR grant, making immersive games that changed kids tooth-brushing habits. O Designed and lead development of multiple VR applications for treating PTSD o Founded VR companies in two different millennia. O Earned my first Gold Record by age 21. My work has been featured in Fortune, WIRED, Scientific American, The New Yorker, Time, MIT Technology Review, at Davos, in three museums including the Smithsonian and it inspired a play staged at the Royal National Theatre of London. Following the acquisition of Firsthand Technology’s products Cool! and Glow! by Pear Therapeutics, I am always looking for new opportunities to change the world with immersive technology.
