I would like to see myself as a Work in Progress (WIP) because the universe provides a never ending lessons to be learnt. In that process, I help to enlighten youths in my institution in Politeknik Negeri Malang, yet that just seems not enough! Through Peneleh Research Institute, I have gained experience as Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in society empowerment through action research (2016-2020). I am now still active as an expert researcher in Peneleh Research Institute. My team and I have had great experience working with villages in Malang, Semarang, Kediri, Makassar, Sumenep, Palu, Majene, Sumbawa, and many more are yet to come. We involve academics to elevate their concerns on research that will touch the hearts of the people as we work together with the society, not just about grand/elite publication. Especially publication, it is such a joy to have some experiences in village-based and society-based research published in books (with ISBN) as well as national/international journals. I am also an active writer. My recent books are accounting novels "Konspira(kuntan)si" -(series 1 and 2, out of 4 planned series)- Yes! There is such thing as accounting novels! I believe that art and accounting are inseparable, and that learning is best when the process is enjoyed. Peneleh Research Institute has also spread its wings to work internationally with Peneleh Ambassadors (India, Greece, Nepal, Malaysia, the Netherlands). What I am, is not as important as the process of the journey of life. My motto is to seize every moment and be thankful for every opportunity presented to you, for every thing, though seems so miniscule, is a gift from God to share with others.
