Ariana Santiago

In high school, I volunteered at St. Luke's Medical Center as a patient ambassador that required hours of transporting patients and families around the hospital. I took the customer service skills on to my jobs in the restaurant business and applied them as a server. I have also attended many leadership conferences that have allowed me to strength my skills with leading groups and being able work well with others. My time at Alverno has also helped with my fear of public speaking and the biology curriculum has given numerous laboratory skills including SDS-PAGE and Agarose gel making and running, western blot methods, and ELISA. Through my time at Carroll University, I have been immersed in Java, C#, and Python. I have also learned SQL and database design. I have taken advanced courses in Data Science and Analysis as well.
