Arik Brody

It all started with my weekly allowance. Right there and then I knew I enjoyed planning, creating my own little budget, saving, and feeling triumphant when I was able to do more with less – as in, buy more candy with less money – always research your options! When I grew up, I made up my mind to turn this natural tendency and passion into a career. I took my first step in the year 2000 as I studied towards my B.A in Accounting and Economics, and in 2008 graduated from the College of Management with M.B.A in Finance. By the time I started studying for my M.B.A I was already a senior manager at a CPA firm.Since then the only way I went is up. After spending two years at this position I was promoted to being the audit team lead. Not only did I deepen my knowledge and expertise in finance, but I also developed myself as a manager, leader, influencer, mentor, and talent developer. In 2016 I became a director in our firm and have been leading multiple teams to continuous growth and success. With time, I became the subject matter expert CFOs called to discuss decisions they have to make, annual plans they have to form, and budgets they have to oversee. I take great pride and satisfaction in being the expert that enables great things and contributes to a strong and healthy leadership!
