Arjuna Bobby Naibaho

Currently, Arjuna Bobby Naibaho has a role to lead the land acquisition process and managing the relationship with stakeholders from village level to province level in several projects across Indonesia. He experienced to make sure the the project development run and aligned with the strategy of company. And also to maintain the spreading of the issues in community regarding the progress of project.Before involved in private sector, He has a background on community development which help him to understand how to assess and work in grass root level. Furthermore, he has the ability to develop some social project based on community interest which was help the project run smoothly.In supporting the land acquisition process, he has worked with various people who has certain interest and manage them to make sure the company can reach the goal. In the other hand, he also has technical skill to identify the project location using drone, land mapping application and negotiation skill to maintain external vendor who can help the survey and study.Until now, Arjuna manage the land acquisition for 100 ha across in Indonesia and still work with this responsibility. In parallels, he also doing some permitting to support the project such as location permit, PBG, Recommendation Letter from Government level, forest permitting, Agreement process with the institution that has engaged with the project.
