Mr. Seligman is as comfortable navigating the intricacies of partnership structures and tax laws as he is presenting opportunities on behalf of a company to a multi-billion dollar Family Office. Along with a history of execution also comes a reputation as his is being adept at recognizing opportunities early while envisioning its place within an organization as well as the steps necessary a firm must take to capitalize in reaching that goal.His Background & His Experience - Being a native of New Jersey he stayed close to home for his undergraduate degree attending Montclair University in Bergen County N.J. where he graduated summa cum laude. Art continued his education attending Rutgers graduate business program which was a fortuitous decision given this led to him being recruited by a prestigious boutique investment bank, Willard Securities, out of NYC. Art joined Petroleum Development Corporation (“PDCE”) as an officer. Once the engine was started Art orchestrated a symbiotic connectivity with the wealth management sector which led to PDCE’s enormous success which resulted in the stocks parabolic growth. Art developed a Syndication group consisting of 202 partners encompassing 30,000 reps. Worked with and helped develop tax planning for the majority of the top financial planning broker-dealers. Played a key role in developing the strategy for and launch of Ron Carson’s next level seminars, launched to reach elite brokers across the country, in a series of quarterly seminars. Built the Ce credit program for advisors to attend our university of oil and gas/ built with Ron Carson. Platform presentations at 20 straight LPL national conventions. Platform presentation everywhere in front of elite, demanding audiences.Art has been married to Suzie since 1975 and has two boys David and Brian.
