I am a results driven, creative leader with a passion for developing and launching new consumer centric products and services. I am very successful in building and leading high performing, innovative teams and formulating and carrying out strategic vision bringing superior results for the consumer and organization. I have deep domain knowledge in Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Workers' Compensation, Americans with Disability Act (ADAAA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML), state leave entitlements, and other leave types. I have lead initiatives with Life, Supplemental Health and Dental products. I also understand the importance of a comprehensive planning effort, recognize the significance of timeline and budget management, and comprehend the necessity of meeting end users needs while embedding excitement and buy-in during a product launch. One of my biggest strengths is my problem solving abilities. I truly love a challenge and enjoy analyzing data and processes in search of a more effective or efficient resolution. I have been on countless company teams, and have extensive experience working closely with all functional disciplines within and outside of an organization. I understand and excel in not only communicating and coordinating with peers, but updating and apprising senior management of charted progress. I feel the diversity of my cross-functional work experience is a real differentiator. Lastly, my ancillary support skills are well honed and an asset. I am a comfortable and confident public speaker, well versed at creating memorable and impactful presentations, and understand the necessity and utility of meaningful benchmarks and evaluative measures.
