Ashley Nguyen

3 years of experience as a Resident Coordinator with Home first. During my time at Home first I have learned how best utilize all responsibilities for the care and safety of the clients during their shelter stay. I am highly organized with excellent time management skills. I can coordinate and oversee several clients while they are on programs such as New Start and Working Persons. I am a confident communicator able to speak to groups of clients as well as proficient at completing written correspondences. I conduct daily bed, bathrooms, and perimeter checks while handling all emergencies to the best of my abilities and knowledge. I report any incidents by completing incident reports on a daily. Additionally, I enjoy working with the homeless population and providing resources in helping homeless individuals and families that need support.
