Ashley Osak

Ashley Osak provides innovative and strategic legal solutions that are unique to each client’s needs. Her practice regularly includes working with large health care systems, hospitals and surgery centers to identify and effectuate mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and other strategic relationships. Further, Ashley has extensive experience in providing guidance on the corporate practice of medicine, licensure and certification requirements and health information privacy and security. Ashley draws on her previous experience as an associate counsel at a large academic medical center as she works with clients to balance the business- and legal-needs for each transaction from a pre- and post-closing perspective, as well as providing guidance on day-to-day health care operations.
