As a resilient Maintenance Team Leader, I am known for providing expert advice, consulting with the client's team, and leading a multi-disciplined team for quality execution. With a 15-year background within the Oil & Gas and construction industries, I have a deep understanding of production operations and maintenance execution, as well as high level skill in managing work scopes. ☛ This was evidenced recently when I overhauled work packs that increased output by 35%. My supervisor has commented that ★Ash is highly motivated, driven by safety, for team success and client target completion.★ Harnessing an engineering background, I have been charged with managing plant requirements to support the client commissioning team and have provided subject matter expertise across a spectrum of maintenance activities that progresses our goals without sacrificing quality or safety. My previous manager commented that I am ★Proactive and willing to do any task safely. Willing to be cooperative with all team members / stakeholders and ensuring all bases are covered.★ I personally gain a great deal of satisfaction from striving and working toward improvements and achieving results, especially when the whole team chips in and when you receive thanks and a 'well done' from key stakeholders at project end. As a safety-conscious leader who owns outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport with the team and build capability, I am proud of the fact that on my watch over the last 15 years we have had a zero LTI record.
