Ashutosh Gokhale

Ashutosh is a change leader who can deliver long-term growth, improve profitability, and implement best practices by fostering collaboration among Finance, Operations and Business Development. He is a seasoned Corporate Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience working for publicly traded corporations, and brings diverse expertise in FP&A, M&A, Business Development, Pricing, and Accounting.Ashutosh currently serves as CFO of Mission Technologies division at Huntington Ingalls Industries - America’s largest military shipbuilding company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry. Ashutosh is responsible for all financial management and business management functions in Technical Solutions.Previously at Maximus, Inc., Ashutosh held various leadership positions in finance, accounting and pricing. Most recently, he served as SVP & Div. CFO Maximus’ Federal Services Division where he helped grow revenues from $300 million to $1.6 billion in six years, led four large acquisitions and established a culture for process improvements. Before that, Ashutosh worked as Director of Financial Planning and Reporting at Fortune 500 EMCOR Group where he participated in the ERP implementation. As Finance Manager at US Airways, Inc., Ashutosh supported financial restructuring under Chapter 11 and led Lufthansa Partnership that substantially expanded global reach of the Cargo Division. Ashutosh is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Amravati University in India. He also has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In his spare time, Ashutosh enjoys cycling, yoga, and volunteering at his daughters’ schools.
