With extensive work experience in Project Management domain, I lead cross-functional teams in weekly meetings, develop and implement tracking tools, manage the schedules for the variant product development teams. As a Project Manager I am responsible for the coordination and completion of projects with proven quality control methodology to ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, managing changes effectively to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. I take pride in meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. My key responsibilities involve- -Building the project delivery plan and own all phases of delivery including, kickoff, design, development, UAT, deployment to production, and post-production support -Managing all project phases and deliverables including budget, scheduling, time tracking, risks and issues, reporting to internal and client executives on project health -Serving as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project -Generating and distributing timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reports -Mitigating risk through appropriate escalation channels and proactive plan of action -Utilizing project management software to track all risks, issues and general communication plans for the project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately -Implementing and adhering to a change management plan -Collaborating with project team members in delivering client presentations during discovery, requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions.
