Personal : - Hard Leadership (Cargill Leadership Expectation Program) - Interpersonal skill focus - Good communication *Maintenance Reliability and Project Supervisor* Job Description : *Maintenance Reliability Supervisor -Experienced overseeing third party resources to deliver business results -Overall leading maintenance practices aligned to processes controls and area technology systems -Create & realization of maintenance year and Annually Mill Shutdown Plan -Create OPEX budget and maintains for optimalization cost of maintenance budget both mechanic and electric, workshop transfer in, and maintenance contract -Maintains and updates Purchase Request for every spare parts, tools, & materials -Reviews maintenance documents & reports weekly, monthly, and annually -Reviews schedule of PM & PdM (Preventive & Predictive Maintenance) -Collaborate with across department to support operations and develop strategic to improve reliability -Lead and develop team, coach, training and encourage talent management (multitasking and hipo) -Lead and manage audit compliance (GRC audit, Sustainability, and food safety) -Implement Continuous Improvements *Project Supervisor -Supervise & ensuring all contractors working safely based on Cargill Principle -Create project plan (CAPEX) according to project scope, & critically equipment -Arrangement & manage additional projects in other condition as Base Capex Transfer -Calculate BOQ, and project benefit for mill projects -Provide supporting documents such as materials, tools, wiring diagram, cable line, etc -Support CSSP for documentation and administration mill projects -Contractors evaluation while tenderring & bidding to finalize the projects -Reviews contractors management system according to Cargill Policy & Principles -Compile weekly commited & spending budget, tracking project progress by time to time -Reviews & control comissioning project to finalize the projects -Supports all contracts, administration & documentation for projects capitalization Achieve: - Achieve 3rd place CASC APAC 6S Competition in 2021 - Certification of POIPPU (Penanggung Jawab Operasional Instalasi Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara) - Certification of Confined Space Gas Analyzer - Achieve Fast Progress Base Capex Execution before schedule deadline time in 2020 - Best Reliability of maintenance management with zero EDT in 2020 - Certification of SMK3 - Certification of ISO 14001 - Certification of System Management Maintenance - Certification of Cargill Engineering Trainee Program
