As I progress along my career path, I bring with me the discipline and grit of a corporate background with the entrepreneurial and growth mindset of a start-up. This hybrid mentality is what enables me to push my limits as an individual and empower those around me. My experience spans across various businesses, starting off in the highly-competitive industry of CPG where I managed portfolios of Procter & Gamble’s billion dollar brands in the North American market. After P&G, I jumped into the dynamic media & advertising realm where I worked in countries across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and further developed my skillset in directing teams of various cultures. Then I transitioned into the tech industry, initially working in the Sales Solutions business of LinkedIn; this is where I advised business leaders across various industries in SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments in how to optimize their global sales and marketing strategies in order to better exceed their revenue goals. Now, I've found a place where I can pursue my purpose in inspiring awareness, dialogue and action in mental health and diversity, inclusion and belonging. At BetterUp, I have the privilege of partnering with companies to explore effective, science-based approaches to human and organizational transformation. I am truly grateful to be able to do what I do — to help people everywhere pursue their lives with greater clarity, purpose and passion.
