My role as a Service Delivery Analyst is to oversee the delivery of our suppliers to meet the business needs and changing objectives. IT supports the business, the supplier supports IT the service delivery analyst ensures that the business needs are met through the supplier delivery per the contract and the flexibility to adapt or liaison with both to meet the changing goals. Accountable for analyzing and evaluating the delivery of services and execution of the “playbook” on behalf of an Service Delivery Manager with regard to the performance and financial management dimensions. This includes identification of potential improvement areas in operations, and assuring the service delivery methods and practices are consistent. Primarily involves Supplier Management and Oversight, support for the implementation of change, supports Financial Management. This role is key in assuring Rockwell’s suppliers support the organization effectively and is able to identify areas to improve support or where gaps may exist in capabilities.
