My professional experience includes review and analysis of medical device adverse event reports, conduct incident investigation, strategic medical equipment planning, procuring and installing, medical device interoperability and cybersecurity, capital medical equipment replacement, health technology assessment, vendor service contract management and usability testing of medical devices before purchase. And also working with scientists, healthcare professionals, risk management professionals and fellow engineers to enhance medical device design to improve device safety and ultimately patient safety. Demonstrated strong proficiencies in ensuring high-level product quality, generating detailed and accurate reports, and providing resolutions on medical device safety issues. Expert at anticipating and mitigating potential failures, and has extensive experience of working with cross functional teams in challenging clinical environment, complex project management, hospital-based health technology assessment, and root cause analysis. Over the course of my career, I have learned that being able to effectively and timely communicate and truly understand the needs of customers is just as important to success in the field of biomedical engineering as a passion for engineering, biology and an analytical mindset.
