✪ ✪ I lead education communities by building innovative learning solutions and authentic relationships with teachers, students, and community members across K-12, higher education, and education business organizations. ✪ ✪ As a 20+ year education leader with a Superintendent certification, I help school systems and education programs grow by applying a transformative, servant leadership style to promote change, transparency, relationship building, & child-centered innovation. Education institutions and clients of mine have experienced a range of results when working with me: 1) higher student academic achievement, 2) increased education community engagement, 3) educational technology integration scale, & 4) greater clarity when developing at-risk youth education curricula. I’m described by my peers as a truth-telling leader that takes one for the team and prioritizes giving voice to at-risk learners. Over the years, I have leveraged my K-12 education leadership, staff development, and higher education instruction experience in education consulting, business advisory, & education council roles. I enjoy leadership roles that allow me to mix my passions in education reform, professional development training, and child advocacy together. I also enjoy seeing my team’s work increase academic achievement in the lives of young and adult learners.
