Very much at home with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies with particular interest in working in Agile Environment. I have exceptional ability to integrate high level agendas, direct and monitor the end-to-end project life-cycle and execute transformations that drive process efficiencies with Lean practices. Key strengths include setting up and leading cross functional teams to deliver on defined strategic and operational visions. This motivated me to spearhead the successful implementation of multiple platforms within the organisation with a focus on increasing client satisfaction and retention. It goes without saying that I have developed and managed all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, Change control, Risks and Issues. At other times, I have been the Scrum Master that helped in identifying and removing impediments and ensure products are built not only using the Acceptance Criteria and quality expectations of the clients but ensuring that the product totally meet the Definition of Done (DoD)
