I am a motivated and determined recent Human Resources Management graduate at Ryerson University. I always strive to demonstrate both a positive and hard-working attitude with respect to both my personal and professional development. I have a passion for HR and possess a working knowledge of the various branches of Human Resources such as: • Recruitment and Selection • Labour Relations • Compensation Management • Human Resources Planning • Organizational Behaviour • Training and Development I am solution-oriented and have worked in the customer service industry for three years for retail and marketing establishments such as Cineplex Entertainment and Greenwich Associates respectively. I have diversified my employment opportunities by working in hospitality at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. From these experiences, I have gained exceptional communication, time management, and team building skills. Building upon my customer service and hospitality experiences, I believe I possess the necessary skills that would make me a good fit in your organization.
