Success in life, be it personal or professional is about balance, a give and take if you will. The field of IT is seen as a means to a business end. During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with all aspects of an organization’s IT needs, from the perspective of the customer as well as from the perspective of a solutions provider which has given me a keen insight on both sides of an IT lifecycle. I’ve had the opportunity to implement creative solutions to business needs, solve complex mission-critical problems, reduce costs, improve processes, increase profit, grow business relationships and lead teams of highly skilled and capable professionals. My broad, as well as deep technical experience, has allowed me to develop into both a highly effective generalist as well as a detailed specialist. I enjoy the challenge of coming up with technical solutions to business needs. By utilizing my technical and interpersonal skills I can leverage IT to provide something of value to my customers, who in turn provide value back.....a win-win situation. As a people person, I apply effective communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships within an organization or across organizations.
