Qualified SIF facilitator to conduct SIL Assignment / LOPA Studies and to perform all Functional Safety Lifecycle activities including SIF Design, SIF Design Verification, Audit, Assessment. 42+ years of industry experience in all phases of project lifecycle - Engineering Integrated Control & Safety Instrumented System and field Instruments, Construction supervision, Field Engineering, Commissioning and Maintenance. As a lead ICSS engineer implemented several FEED / EPC projects for Refinery / Gas / Off-shore Oil platform, Petrochemical, Chemical and Power industry. I have extensive experience on sizing / selection of in-line and Off-line Process Control Instruments and Analyzers. In several projects lead for FAT for ICSS, inspection of Instruments for critical Package units (e.g. HIPPS, Compressor, Heater, licensor package like PSA). Familiar with implementation of Foundation Fieldbus (FF) technology. I have construction experience on Refinery, Petrochemical and Thermal Power projects on installation supervision, loop checking and commissioning of Instruments and Control / Safeguard Systems. I am conversant with client specific Engineering & Design standards such as Shell DEPs and ExxonMobil GPs.
