Improving the workplace for people and thus improving their lives is my focus and purpose. One key to improving the workplace is helping good leaders be even better. Good leaders will make the workplace better for others. This is why I do this.I am not an "expert", "guru", "ninja", "master coach", or any of that stuff. I have just been blessed to have had some great leaders in my life that have taught me much and I enjoy doing for others what they did for me.
