I like to use my knowledge and skills to get the most out of a System, to analyze Data, and to create cooler ways of doing things that are simpler, faster, and more effective. Some of my key accomplishments & strengths include: Strengths • Managed the Compensation Systems for several lines of business from requirements gathering to implementation and go live using Agile methodologies • Designed and implemented an end to end reporting framework for an entire commercial unit producing automated reports from both structured and unstructured data • Automated a daily activity log for Sales Account Managers and Higher Management by creating the infrastructure for collecting data and producing dynamic Executive Level reports & dashboards • Designed and created an Executive Level dashboard to present daily performance metrics for Retail Outlets • Successfully automated a pipeline tracking and reporting tool for Sales Account Managers and Higher Management • Created an application to maintain current and historical versions for the entire organization’s Enterprise customers and their respective Account Managers • Developed a Compensation Plan report for a complex Sales Compensation Structure with over 50 plans with the goal of providing more visibility and reducing the number of variations in the plans • Open source project: https://github.com/equinoxfitness/easy-icm-runner
