Bader has more than 20 years of advisory and executive experience in strategy management, governance and business transformation in varied industry and government sectors (e.g., Saudi Royal Court, Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs “MoMRA”, KPMG Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources “MIM”). Participating in developing policies & strategies and reviewing national strategies & studies to support and guide decisions. Leading teams with diverse backgrounds to support organizations execute their strategies and achieve their business objectives, contributing to organizational transformation success. Participating in many projects with leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, EY, KPMG, Strategy&, PwC) to create new capabilities, improve services, and integrate technologies to generate growth and improve competitive advantage. Accomplishing goals through people and using their skills to build group involvement and effective teamwork and generate enthusiasm and participation. Bader has completed B.B.A in Management Information Systems and Economics; MSc in Engineering Management and PhD in Accounting & Finance (Corporate Governance).
