I have just completed the BScN program, and I am eager to write the NCLEX this summer so I can begin my career as a Registered Nurse.My goal is to work with persons living with diabetes to help them improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. My lived experience of having type one diabetes for 20 years has allowed me to build meaningful and unique connections with this community. In addition, I am interested in working with the older adult population, specifically those living with dementia, and enhancing dementia care through research.
