I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at Drexel University with an expected graduation date of June 2017. I am interested in both the chemical and biotechnology industries and hope to pursue a Master's degree in Biochemistry before entering the job field. My interests are primarily in R&D and in laboratory work, having first gained laboratory experience at The University of Pennsylvania through the Bridge to ReBIO program - an after-school research program for high school students. I was a part of this program from my 10th-12th grade years of high school. Since then, I have conducted research in the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology at Drexel University, worked as a laboratory assistant at The Community College of Philadelphia, and worked at DSM Biomedical in Exton as the Analytical Laboratory Co-op.
