I have over 35 years of experience in the natural gas energy and regulatory industry, I am an expert in rates, tariff, certificate and regulatory compliance matters for natural gas pipelines regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and for LDCs regulated by certain state regulatory commissions. Prior to my current position as Director, Rates and Tariff at Northern Natural Gas Company and on behalf of Kern River Gas Transmission, I was a regulatory consultant providing services to pipelines and LDCs on cost of service and rate design matters, such as general rate cases, Section 5 proceedings, new service tariff filings, NAESB standards compliance for systems, websites and procedures, certificate applications for expansions and extensions and cost of service and rate design training to businesses and their employees in conjunction with EUCI. Additionally, as an independent contractor, I provide accounting/bookkeeping and income tax preparation services.
