Bandana Kaur

Bandana is working as Manager for Siemens Limited, previously serving as Senior Civil Engineer at Siemens Power Engineering Pvt. Limited for more than 11 years. During this tenure, she has had hands on experience with Planning, Analysis, Design and Execution of power plant structures and foundations for fossil fuel fired power plants in France, United States, Slovakia, India, Netherlands & Argentina followed by exposure to Conventional island of Nuclear Power Plants. She has been responsible for Project Development - Planning and Design and Analysis, clash free layout resolving the interdisciplinary conflicts and Quality Control as well of the respective structures of the plant. The key knowledge of the work flows in a turnkey power plant construction project from its conceptualization to detailed models to its completion has added a lot to her skill set. Bandana has worked with cross functional and cross geographical teams spanning across France, Germany, United States, Slovakia, India, Finland, Austria, China & Argentina. Bandana holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala a premier technical university in India. Aims to associate with progressive and forward looking organization that provides a scope to apply her knowledge and skills in Engineering Management.
