About
Authentic, energising leader who enjoys influencing culture, delivering impactful outcomes, and bringing strategy ‘to life’. Currently serving as Chair of Sotos Syndrome Australasia; Deputy Chair of Bold Park Community School; and Active Member of the Finance, Governance & Risk Committee for the Jane Goodall Institute Australia. Most recently, headed up Woodside's Regulatory Compliance discipline globally. Responsible for all aspects of Woodside's regulatory, privacy and legal compliance framework, presenting to CEO & Executive Team, and Board Audit & Risk Committee. Prior to that, introduced a step change to risk management philosophy at Woodside by leading an organisation-wide project over two years to consolidate the business risk and operational risk tables into a single 'Woodside Risk Matrix'. Drawing upon almost twenty years of experience in a variety of operational, project management and consulting roles across multiple industries, I have shaped and executed strategy, led teams, influenced culture and delivered key projects for ASX100 organisations in the areas of regulatory and legal compliance, risk management, IT project governance and business transformation. Clients and/or employers have included Woodside Petroleum Ltd, AGL Energy Ltd, PwC, Telstra Ltd, Energex Ltd, Foxtel Ltd, Victorian Department of Education & Training, and Fitzroy Legal Services. I live, learn, play, and work on Noongar Whadjuk country. I pay my respects to the traditional custodians of our booja (land) who cared for our country through traditional sustainable practices for tens of thousands of year. Don’t you think there is much we can learn from the deep physical and spiritual connection that Indigenous communities have with land, water, and the shared environment? 🌏
