It is not ok to say the mining industry does not have a problem with workplace culture anymore. Just because you have not seen or experienced sexual harassment, bullying or racism in your workplace, you cannot assume it is not happening to your co-workers. These behaviours can have negative, long term impacts on workers physical and mental health and workplace safety.
