My career in banking and oil & gas has been wide-ranging, with diverse experiences in institutional banking, derivatives, risk management, hedge programme structuring, sales, business development, credit and leadership. Along the way, I have gained the following skills and capabilities: Financial analysis, modeling & valuation. Derivatives: curve building & marking, quoting & trading, hedge programme structuring, MTM calculation & processes, ISDA/CSA negotiations, sales. Fundamental & Technical Analysis: macro, interest rates, oil & gas, shipping. Risk Management: commodities, credit. Client & stakeholder management, business development. Designing, building, implementing & streamlining of processes & solutions. Programming: VBA, Python-Numpy/Pandas/Matplotlib/Seaborn/Scikit-learn. Building, developing, mentoring and leading teams. The academic qualifications I have earned include a Master of Science in Applied Finance degree from Singapore Management University and other qualifications in Business Management, Computing and Economics. Ongoing learning and self improvement is crucial to deal with the challenges that come with the VUCA environment we find ourselves in today.
